Ujung Kulon National Park is one of the eldest national parks in Indonesia. The park was declared as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for containing the largest remaining lowland rainforest in Java. Taka Bonerate is one of the most beautiful marine parks in Indonesia. Laying southwest of Selayar Island, the park has the third largest atoll in the world, after Kwajifein in the Marshall Islands and Suvadiva in the Maldives.
